Shipping & delivery

Delivery fees depend on your area: Inside Comilla ৳60, Subcity ৳90, Outside Comilla ৳150. Orders from ৳4,000 qualify for free delivery. Your final delivery fee is shown before you place your order.

Once your payment has been reviewed, we’ll confirm your order and delivery timing. You can follow its progress with the mobile number used at checkout.

We accept manual payments through bKash and Nagad. Checkout displays the payment number and the exact advance amount required for your order, either the full amount or the amount configured by the store.

Use Send Money, then enter your sender number and transaction ID. Our team checks the payment before processing. Keep your transfer receipt until your order is confirmed. If a payment is rejected or an order is cancelled after payment, contact the store for help and any applicable refund.

Jewelry care

Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals. Remove your jewelry before swimming or exercising, and wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
